Annual Childcare Plans

We provide both before and after-school care for students in our Children’s House, Elementary, and MAP programs. At this time, before-school and after-school is not available for our Nido and Early Years Programs.

Our Annual Childcare Plans (ACP) offer the most economical option for families seeking coverage outside of their child’s scheduled program. Please note these plans do not apply to summer camp.

Children not enrolled in an ACP and departing later than their regular schedule will incur daily or per-minute fees. To view late departure fees for each program, please refer to the respective program’s tuition and fees rates above.

Schedule Information

  • Half-day schedule times: 8:20am to 12:00pm

  • Full-day schedule times: 8:20am to 4:00pm

  • Elementary &  MAP Schedule times: 8:20am to 3:30pm

  • Children’s House Sibling Schedule is only available if the child has a sibling in our elementary or MAP program

Billing Information

  • Billing is processed through Blackbaud Tuition Management (BTM). Families are required to pay BTM an annual service fee of $40 per family.

  • Families can opt to pay via check, credit card, or Zelle (use billing@montessoricenter.org to process Zelle payments).

  • All 12-month tuition payment plans include a 3% service fee. Families opting for automated payments for the duration of the school year (via ACH or credit card) can avoid the 3% fee and instead pay a $50 service charge for the year (including summer).

  • ACH payments incur no fees. Families are responsible for covering transaction fees associated with all credit card payments via our online payment option or Blackbaud.

  • Families applying for our summer program may choose to include their summer tuition in the school year payment plan for a more even distribution of payments.
