Costume Swap and Trail Walk

Date: Saturday, October 5th
Time: 9am to 10:30am
Location: School parking lot deck

Join the CEC and fellow parents at the front of the school as we do a Costume Swap ahead of this year's Fictitious Friends Parade!

Bring your gently used, washed and packaged costumes and swap for another one! Please try to include all accessories.

Don't forget your coffee or tea in your traveler mug so we can explore the newly opened trails at TNS!

Science Night Out

Date: Saturday, October 11th
Time: 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Location: School Playing Field

Get ready for a fun-filled evening of scientific exploration at our annual Science Night Out (SNO)! This exciting tradition provides children and parents an with opportunity to enjoy a night under the stars with their friends as our school grounds transform into a vibrant haven for budding scientists and curious minds.

Join us for engaging activities, a delicious dinner, and let’s not forget the fireside storytelling and S’mores treats! The lineup of activities this year includes t-shirt decorating, a scavenger hunt, exciting science crafts, fireside S’mores, and more!

Make sure to register by September 30 to ensure you receive your t-shirt. Don’t miss this chance to create lasting memories with us!

Under the Stars Sleepover

Date: Friday, October 11th to Saturday, October 12th
Time: 10:00pm to 8:00am
Location: School Playing Field

Join us for one of our annual favorites, the "Under the Stars Overnight Camping Experience," immediately following the Science Night Out (SNO) on Friday, October 11th, 2024.

SNO participants are invited to stay on the school grounds for an overnight camping adventure. You'll have access to the school building, and a light breakfast snack will be provided in the morning. Enjoy the last embers of our storytime campfire and the excitement of sleeping under the stars.

To sign up for this event, please complete the form below!

The cost is $20 per child, with no charge for parents or chaperones. Please note that each child must have their own chaperone.

Our fundraisers help provide many enriching experiences for all of our students!

  • Participation: TNS families (adults only)

This year, we’re thrilled to introduce our first-ever Silent Auction and Gala! Join us for an adult-only evening filled with delicious food, craft cocktails and mocktails, and a chance to connect with fellow TNS families.

Bid on a fun selection of items, from unique classroom art to services from local vendors and more. It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together and make a lasting impact while enjoying a night of fun and camaraderie! Don’t forget to sign your children up for Parent’s Night Out during the gala! They’ll have a fun-filled evening with pizza, crafts, and more while you enjoy a night out!
